We bought a house that came with a small coy pond and two fish. What to do ??? I called the fish store who gave me tips and sent me to find spring maintenance. I called AquaReale and made an appointments for its spring cleaning. But before that could happen we had a weird leak causing the water level to drop by a lot. Matt came back for an emergency check and got things working again. Eric arrived a couple of weeks later to empty the pond, clean, fixed all the rocks so they work much better and look fantastic, repositioned all the plants on ledges at correct heights, got my skimmer to function, answered all my novice’s questions, was good natured through it all, gave my dogs the attention they requested, and got the fish back in their clean new domain unscathed and happy. Perfect ! Due to the past leak issue there is a little more hose work yet to do, but all is happy and well in the world of two small Shubunkins. Thanks Matt & Eric. I appreciate you to no end.
