Need help for your child or teen? Our Philadelphia Children’s Crisis Response Center is here for you with 24/7 walk-in assessments for children and adolescents ages 3 to 17. No appointment is needed.

When you arrive, your family will meet with a nurse, a clinical social worker, and a psychiatrist who will work together to gain a comprehensive understanding of your child’s needs and help determine the most appropriate next steps for care.

Holiday weekend or not, our doors remain open to the community because mental health needs don’t take a day off. We offer walk-in assessments for adults ages 18 and older with a primary mental health diagnosis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
