Hot take 🔥 Alkaline water is total BS and BAD for your gut.

So why is “alkaline water” a scam?
👉 The second it hits your stomach, your highly acidic stomach juice (pH ~1.5–3.5) takes over. That fancy alkaline label? P**f, gone. No systemic “alkalizing” magic.
