Very sad to end my real estate career with Long & Foster today. They closed the Center City office. 😔 A little bitter sweet. I couldn't be a great agent AND a great care-giver to my aging mother with ALZ, so one had to give. RE lost.
It was possibly the hardest and most rewarding job I've ever had.
I may get back to it in NC. Moving south to be near my brother where we can help each other. He's in real estate too...we'd make a great brother-sister team.
Time will tell. For now... I'm just sad to say a final goodbye to our Old City office and all who worked there.

Just watched PA Assoc. of Realtors Facebook Live on the PA requirements for Realtors.

Most makes sense, but some of it is silly. I'm happy we're back in biz though!
