HAPPY CHILDREN’S DAY – MAY 27, 2026
Today, my heart is filled with joy as I celebrate the precious children across Nigeria and beyond on this special occasion of Children’s Day.
Children are not only the future of our society; they are the light, hope, and greatest blessing of every home and community. Their laughter brings happiness, their dreams give us purpose, and their innocence remind us of the kind of world we must continue to build — a world filled with love, opportunities, peace, and hope.
As we honor our children today, I encourage every child to believe in themselves, remain focused on their education, respect their parents and teachers, and never stop dreaming of greatness. No dream is too big when determination, discipline, and hard work are combined with faith in God.
To every parent, guardian, and teacher, I sincerely appreciate your sacrifices, dedication, and commitment toward raising responsible and morally upright children. The role you play in shaping the future of our society can never be overlooked.
As a mother and humanitarian who strongly believes that every life matters, I remain deeply committed to supporting programs and initiatives that promote quality education, child protection, youth empowerment, and equal opportunities for every child regardless of background or circumstance. Our children deserve a future where they can grow, succeed, and achieve their full potential without limitations.
On this Children’s Day, I pray that God will continue to protect, guide, and bless every child across our nation and beyond. May your future shine brighter than the sun, and may your dreams become reality.
Happy Children’s Day to all our wonderful children. You are special, you are valued, and you are deeply loved.

Through Dr. Chetachi Ecton's work with WIN Foundation, we have witnessed firsthand the strength, resilience, and dedication she has shown in improving the lives of those in need. It is with this conviction that she is stepping into the arena of public service. Her decision to pursue a role as a Senator is rooted in the same passion and mission that has guided her from the beginning: to serve, to uplift, and to create lasting impact.
We believe that real change happens when compassion meets action—and when voices from the community are represented at the decision-making table. We invite you to walk this journey with her. Together, we can build stronger communities, expand opportunities to those in need, and shape a future that reflects our shared values.
