Bucket list moment: Trying the legendary pastrami at Katz’s Deli! 🥪✨ After a decent wait in line, it was finally my turn at the counter—and let me tell you, watching them slice that perfectly smoked brisket into thin, juicy pieces is an experience in itself.

Before diving into the sandwich, I had to taste the pastrami on its own. One bite, and WOW—the tender, smoky meat melts in your mouth, rich and full of flavor. Easily my #1 deli meat of choice, and Katz’s has set the bar sky-high.

The sandwich? A masterpiece. Piled high with pastrami, just a touch of mustard for that perfect balance, and sandwiched between two slices of bread. Pure meat heaven. 🗽🍖
