Even amid turmoil in the world—both near and far—there is much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Here is just a small list of what—and who—we are grateful for:



· The 400+ families who have gone through one or more of our programs which focus on financial literacy and homeownership.

· The dozens of volunteers who give of their time to mentor and guide our clients through their first year of homeownership.

· The United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey who partners with us to offer a double-matched savings program which accelerates savings toward homeownership.
