This year, the grant is $15,000 open to First Time Home Buyers that
can be qualified to buy a home in the next 6 months.

This money does not need to be paid back if the buyer lives in the
home for 5 years. This money also counts toward the buyers
3.5% FHA down payment requirement and can be used with any loan I have.

This grant CAN be used with other Down Payment Assistance Loans.

This money is First Come, First Serve so get
your buyers on the list!
