2025 was the year of growth and change for my private practice. I initially tweaked my old logo (which I still love) to reflect these shifts, but it still didn't feel aligned with my practice's new direction.
So here is the new logo for Ruberti Counseling Services!

Thank you .design for bringing my vision to life. I love it!

The core of my work is helping q***r and trans folks build the confidence to live life on their own terms, and to experience connection as their true selves.

Especially if you're someone who struggles with an eating disorder, body image, or OCD.

Are you a LGBTQ person looking for therapy? I have openings for in person in Philadelphia and online. Book a free 20-minute consultation today!

Q***r families rewrite what love, safety, and belonging can look like. Thinking of all of the families out there: chosen families, adopted, conceived through fertility treatments, surrogacy and beyond.

Whether you're parenting, being parented, navigating estrangement, or forming family in your own way—there’s nothing “less than” about it.

Q***r families hold joy, grief, boundaries and resiliency. They make space for truth, creativity, and care that doesn’t follow the rules.

In therapy, I hold space for the whole spectrum of q***r family experience—with all the complexity it carries.

It was so nice visiting the Nourish program at today. Grateful to hear about their awesome programming for LGBTQ youth and eating disorder recovery. I appreciate their relational and intersectional approach to treatment.

Eating disorder treatment can be complicated for some trans people, because the body changes that come with recovery may not feel congruent with their gender. Traditional recovery narratives around body acceptance may not feel accessible and might feel alienating.

Sometimes recovery means holding space for complicated feelings about your body, while still finding meaning in and fulfillment in your life. It can be exploring your gender identity in ways beyond your body, while still validating how important the body is in your journey.

Eating disorders can be all or nothing so it makes sense that all or nothing treatment approaches don’t really work long term.

Are you q***r and/or trans and looking for eating disorder support? I have openings for in person at my office in Queens Village and online across PA.
