Things aren’t fitting the way they used to but we are still sn**ching away over here!

I have been asked a lot about my training and what it’s looked like or what’s changed and the truth is the biggest change has been going with the flow more. I am listening to my body, doing what feels right that day, and not stressing.

All that has lead me to still being able to lift heavy, sn**ch often, and not have to limit many skills. I am even aiming to re-certify in both my certs in a week if all things still feel good!

The female body is truly incredible.
