Exciting news 🎉 GIH is partnering with Umoja House for a monthly book club where we’ll center works by Black and Philadelphian authors. 📚 We will meet on the first Friday of every month, from 6-8 p.m., at Umoja House (6338 Germantown Avenue. Our first meet-up will happen on August 2, and we’ll be discussing our first pick, “Yellow Wife: A Novel” by Sadeqa Johnson.
