The United States Department of Justice attorney, Dubnoff, has spent the day building their case of innuendos and conjecture by reviewing emails, finances, bank statements, and court documents of the defendants. What they have yet to produce is any document, email, or record that points to any wrongdoing. The business practices of Universal Companies, Chavous Consulting, and Councilman Johnson appears to be questioned more because of their success rather than any illegal actions.

As court resumed this morning, FBI agent Haag returned to the witness stand for the 2nd day with Prosecutor Dubnoff introducing documents acquired by subpoena or search warrant many of which came from Carl Dranoff. The judge reminded the jury to keep an open mind until they have heard all testimony. Juror #1 was excused due to a family emergency leaving a pool of 16.
