Our Buffalo Seitan Hoagie is stacked Philly-style with chopped house-made seitan tossed in bold buffalo sauce, crisp romaine, crunchy celery slaw, and a drizzle of vegan ranch on a toasted roll.
It’s messy. It’s saucy. It’s giving “I ate this over the sink and have no regrets.”
Served with thyme-lemon roasted green beans because balance is important… but so is a good hoagie jawn.
