Another one in the books! This couple came to me after working with another agent last year, who they felt was showing them the homes that they didn’t like. Truth be told, that makes me a little nervous because there is clearly two sides to every story lol. But still we had a buyer’s consultation, got them pre-approved again, and 2 months later they found their dream home, a single in Somerton! They ended up very happy and grateful so my job was done!! Thank you Elvis for getting them to the table and dealing with me…lol and to our title company, The Dee Exchange, who is always so accommodating and helpful!

Got this duplex SOLD for my seller who is a military veteran and had to relocate to Alabama for work. So happy he trusted me to get it done with minimal stress and minimal interference with his job. I’m super happy for him and his new journey with work and new baby on the way. Remember, get you an agent that cares 😉
