The headlines say that there are no buyers in the market, when in realty, we are seeing more buyers out shopping for homes now than there were in 2017, 2018, 2019, OR 2020!
The headlines say that we are seeing a rise in foreclosures, when in reality, it is only appearing to rise in comparison to the almost nonexistent foreclosures in the past two years.
The past two years have seen historically and abnormally low interest rates and much higher than average value appreciation. However, it is now 2023, and the normalcy seems to be slowly returning to the real estate market. 🏡 🏘 🏚 🏠
