Pakistan’s Interloop Ltd Expands Operations to Egypt

Pakistan’s textile giant Interloop Ltd is investing $35 million in a new manufacturing hub at Egypt’s Suez Canal Economic Zone, aiming to strengthen its presence in Gulf and Western markets.

The facility, which will use Pakistani yarn, is expected to reduce shipping time by 20 days and cut production costs by 10%, targeting $40 million in exports within three years.

A key supplier for global brands like Nike, Adidas, and H&M, Interloop’s expansion will help tap into the $35 billion GCC apparel market while further boosting Pakistan’s export footprint worldwide.
