Here’s what I’ll tell you… First, you certainly won’t be the only new person there that day. Plenty of people will be there for the first time and unsure of what they are doing at some point.
Secondly, when it comes to getting injured or awakening those past injuries, Mr. Stephan (who will be running the Turkey Burn that morning) is one of the best Action instructors of all time and he knows how to take you through a workout safely.
So, there you go! 😊
Fun fact: Turkey Burn was my very first karate class, 16 years ago! 🦃
