Change Up Sports

It was so amazing to see the girls in the Softball for Success program express their creativity and their feelings in the incredible art therapy workshop hosted by artist Zahra Fakih earlier this year! The session enabled the girls to process their emotions through art, reduce stress, and show off their artistic talents, all while having so much fun! Thanks so much to the wonderful Zahra Fakih for facilitating and creating such a special experience for the girls!🎨

Yoga is always one of our favorite activities (in addition to softball, of course!) and we had so much fun earlier this year having our friends from This is Yoga Sierra Leone host a yoga and meditation workshop for all of the girls in the Softball for Success program! The girls had the chance to relax, pay attention to their breath, work on their flexibility, and focus on their well-being, all while getting in some great stretches! Thanks so much to Edward Kekura Kamara and his team for facilitating the awesome session!
