Required Experience

-Communicate with customers via email/phone to inform them of new products features promotions etc.
-Answer online customer inquiries in a timely manner
-Work with sales admin to implement new ads to catch the customers eyes
-Study demographics and sales trends of specific vehicles to determine target audience and ideal type of advertising
-Create sales promotions that are beneficial to both the customer and the dealership
-Created internet sales ads for company website as well as social media
-Conducted surveys to collect feedback from customers regarding products and satisfaction
-Used findings of polls to implement new advertising campaigns and strategies
