HEY FOLKS! We’re so excited to kick off our new Monday night format on May 4th. One of the core features of this new format is our progressive fundamentals series. There will be an A series and a B series, designed to complement each other and give you all the foundational knowledge you need to kick-start OR deepen your balboa journey 🤗

The series are suitable for all levels, and catered to those who are new to balboa, those who have taken balboa classes or attended practice but want a stronger foundation, those who want to go deeper into foundational movements and mechanics, those who want to learn and practice the opposite role, those who are interested in pedagogy and teaching - the list goes on!
