🚨 Employee Spotlight: Vinnie Biasiello 🚨

Vinnie Biasiello is a Senior Associate that joined Stamm Development Group in 2016.

Vinnie joined SDG in 2016 as an Associate. In his first two years with the company, he worked alongside Stamm Development Group’s President and CEO to create and develop our brand into a household name within Philadelphia County. During that time, he gained extensive knowledge in acquisitions, development, operations, and construction management. Vinnie quickly became Stamm Development Group’s first owner’s representative for construction management while overseeing and directing all marketing efforts. He has successfully managed 300+ units through substantial construction completion, which include single-family homes, mixed-use and multi-family projects.

In 2018, Vinnie was promoted to Senior Associate. At that time Stamm Development Group launched its property management subsidiary, SDG Management, which currently manages Stamm Development Group’s rental portfolio. Vinnie’s role continued to expand as the company grew. He strategized and implemented in-house leasing and property management protocols and procedures that successfully has contributed to low turnover and vacancy rates within Stamm Development Group’s 200+ unit rental portfolio. Vinnie also serves as the company’s buyer representative. He handles contract negotiations, buyer relations and navigating closings for Stamm Development Group’s for-sale portfolio.

In 2021, he stepped into an operational management role and handles oversite of Stamm Development Group’s construction, leasing, property management and marketing departments. Vinnie’s commitment to the company’s organizational tasks, growth strategies and employee relations has been a large component in Stamm Development Group’s success. As the company continues to expand Vinnie plans to have a huge role in helping further implement new company protocols and procedures to help maximize efficiencies within the organization.

Vinnie is a graduate of the Rowan University – Rohrer College of Business. He graduated in 2016
with a double major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
