Today, we observe Juneteenth, a significant day in our nation’s history. Also known as Emancipation Day, on Juneteenth we acknowledge the freedom and honor the resilience of the African American community in the United States. Let’s reflect on our history, honor progress, and continue the journey toward equality and justice. Happy Juneteenth!

June is PTSD Awareness Month. PTSD is a behavioral health condition that can develop after experiencing trauma and may affect anyone at any point in life. Let’s continue to raise awareness and support one another with empathy and understanding.
