Philly Cheese School

Last month, Alex and I had the pleasure of visiting ! We drove out into Pennsylvania farm country where we got to hang with Stefanie Angstadt, the owner and head cheesemaker, who gave us a tour of the creamery and aging facilities on site. Stef leads an all-female team of cheese geniuses who are converting high quality local milk from heritage breed cows into unique and delicious cheeses. Stef designs her cheese recipes to highlight and celebrate the milk’s sweetness, as well as its shifting seasonality. We love serving these excellent products at PCS! 🧀🐄🌸
