NEW lunchtime yoga class with Emily starting in June!
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 - 1:45 pm will be Hatha yoga, starting on Thursday, June 2. Class is only 45 minutes so you can get right back to work, and the focus will be gentle with options to make the practice more challenging, so that you can go back to work not too sweaty. Please come check out this class as soon as we kick it off, because we need to know that the interest is there to keep it on the schedule! If you'd be more interested in a 12:00 - 12:45 pm class, please let us know. We will add that as well if the interest is there.
