In this episode of The Lighting Plan, Aron takes us on location to a tide pool in Long Beach, CA, to demonstrate his process firsthand. Shooting a California Sea Hare in macro, using a single GVM PD60B pocket light in place of the sun. What sounds simple is actually a precise and well-practiced technique. The challenges are controlling color, intensity, and angle in a harsh environment that disappears with the tide.
