Sandwich: Martin’s Potato Rolls, bread and butter pickles, my sriracha honey Buffalo sauce, and of course the fried chicken

You know what goes great with just about anything? Tzatziki. This dip is perfect on any gyro, souvlaki or as a meze. It's easily one of my favorite things to make and is simple too!
