For years, yall have only known me through my gifts.

“PR Crystal.”
“The event producer.”
“The one that throws the dope experiences.”

And while I’m forever grateful for every gift God gave me, and the success that came from it; I realized something recently…

We cannot allow our gifts or our titles to become our identity. At least I know, for me I’m so much more.

For the last 15 years, my gifts led my success.

But this next chapter?

Who I truly am at the core… and what God actually sent me here to do… is going to take the spotlight.

I almost feel like my gifts was the lay up and the stage God set so that this next chapter would be easy to display. He a bad baw, I tell y’all that. God really something else, how he works.

But honestly, I’ve never felt more sure of who I am or what’s to come than I do right now.

So do me a favor and ask yourself….

Who are you beyond the titles?
Beyond the success?
Beyond the rooms?
Beyond the applause, your @ handle, the highlight reel.
You know the version of you when you wake up in the morning…

And once you answer that… ask yourself this too…

Is this the only assignment I have on this earth?
Or is there more in me the world has yet to meet?
Am I okay with this at my identity?
