IN BIDEN’S FINAL MOMENTS OF ACTION, HE SIGNALED FOR THE EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT TO BE PUBLISHED AND THAT IT IS INDEED FULLY RATIFIED.

This will start a legal battle over whether or not the ERA was properly ratified but once an amendment is in the Constitution, it is very difficult to undo.

This comes on the final work day before a second term of Trump presidency. It’s the final bit of defense Biden has put into the place before Trump turns this whole country upside down.
