About to indulge in some self care this Sunday in my new (and oh so comfy) hoodie from 📝🧘🏼‍♀️🔮📖🪄🧖🏼‍♀️ Taking time for ourselves and isn’t just a priority - it’s a right. We deserve quiet moments to recharge our minds, bodies, & souls. To refuel my spirit, I love to practice yoga & meditation, journal, and read/learn more about methodologies that resonate with my healing journey. I recently have begun to integrate sound healing into my practice. This beautiful singing bowl was my Christmas present to myself this year 🥰 Its frequency (432 hz/“F” note) is said to balance the heart chakra. One of my goals for the new year is to stay offline more and intentionally fill my time with activities like these that provide long-term benefits, rather than short-term satisfaction. This year, I also am striving to keep a tight budget, be present in all my relationships and experiences, and to continue giving myself the grace and love I deserve by banishing negative inner dialogues and staying connected to my inner truth. And then two concrete goals I have are to read 22 books and practice yoga (almost, at least) everyday. I know my pursuit of these goals may be imperfect, but the consistency and effort is what I am most looking forward to achieving 💚🙏🏼 Tomorrow I start my new job, so this “me-time” of relaxation and visualization is so essential. I am feeling so blessed to have this time to myself in my little zen space at home! Today is also a New Moon in Capricorn, a very prosperous sign with strong energies of stability, drive, and success, making this a perfect time to visualize the ways in which we want to transform our realities in 2022. Friends I have big news…I am starting a new chapter with Five Below as their Assistant Buyer of Seasonal goods in January 💖 I am holding the friendships, experiences, and memories I made at QVC close to my heart - it is really such a bittersweet goodbye. But as I look ahead to my next step, I am feeling so much excitement and joy for the journey to come. Not to mention, I get to work beside one of my dearest best friends 🧚🏼 Time to “let go & have fun”!
