Ah the Holidays are in full swing! Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, we can't help but get swept up in the season! This week can be powerful for coming more fully present to YOU. What would living on your terms feel like to you, if you allowed yourself the time and space to experience all of the presence that you are? Not letting your energy leak away for others' benefit at the cost of holding your own? What is wholly of you to enjoy this week? Keep it, become aware of it, and expand it through your breath, ground it when you are walking, use it to FEEL good. Being with yourself fully is just enough...
