Happy Mother’s Day to this beautiful woman!!💗

For the past 3+ years I been taking these pills for RLS(Restless Legs Syndrome) since I retired from the army. Last night was the first night I didn’t take my pill. I made a roller to rub on my feet and legs. I slept amazing🙏🏻. Looking forward to tonight’s sleep. 😴

How do you interpret this as a leader?
Most people in leadership roles fall under these three C’s.

I’m thankful as a young private, I was blessed with a variety of leadership styles. In a Positive and Negative way. We need to understand our subordinates, they way the learn, the way they get motivated to execute. I have seen leaders that will criticize leaders and subordinates on their actions. I have seen leaders that will condemn subordinates and humiliate them in front of formations. But plenty of us always complain about something or someone.

One leader made a huge impact on me as a young private, but also as a young adult. I remember messing up, he will come pat your back and say “you know you F’up right? 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 the most important words after this was “this is how WE are going to fix it” that would motivate me to do better for him and my self.

So what type of leader are you going to be today?

Are you going to be the leader that criticizes, condemns and complains, an have your subordinates do the right thing just because you are watching them?

Or you are going to be a leader that motivates someone to do the right thing even when you are not watching?
