🦍 Silverback Distro is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Representative to join our team at our headquarters in Texas. 🏢 In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with our current accounts, while also providing assistance to upper management.

Your main responsibilities as an Account Representative will include:

• Regularly follow up with our current accounts to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products. 💼💰

• Making phone calls to potential clients to promote our products and services. ☎️📞

• Assisting upper management with various tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and conducting research. 📊👥📅

• Serving as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 📞👨‍💼👩‍💼

• Providing regular feedback to the management team on client feedback, concerns, and trends. 📈💭💬

• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge to effectively promote our products and services. 🌿📚💻

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred.
