Today, PSJA Memorial students partnered with our students to support the arts in our community.

Students volunteered their time to assist our campus art teachers in hosting the Region 1 JR V.A.S.E. Middle School Competition. They helped with event setup, organization, and ensuring the competition ran smoothly for the many talented middle school artists who participated.

We are proud of our students for giving their time to support creativity, education, and younger students in our community. Their willingness to serve helped make this event a success! J’s up! 💙🩶

Community service can take many forms, and our students showed that education is one of the most powerful ways to serve others.

Students created an informational poster focused on prostate cancer awareness. Their work aimed to help inform the community about the importance of early detection, recognizing risk factors, and encouraging conversations about men’s health.

On Saturday, February 28th, they presented their poster to the community at the PSJA ISD Track of Hope event. This event was a beautiful event to inform the community of the different cancers, and honor those individuals who have been impacted by cancer.

By using their time and knowledge to educate others, these students are helping raise awareness and promote healthier communities. Proud of their commitment to making a difference through service and education!

We are so proud of our Law Enforcement Club students who represented our program at the SkillsUSA Regional Conference Competition on February 13th!

Our students competed in challenging events including Police Application and Felony Traffic Stop, demonstrating their knowledge, professionalism, and hands-on law enforcement skills. These competitions require critical thinking, communication, and the ability to apply real-world procedures under pressure.

Regardless of the outcome, we are incredibly proud of their dedication, preparation, and willingness to step outside their comfort zone to compete. Experiences like this help prepare them for future careers in public safety and leadership.

Great job representing our program and showing what hard work and commitment look like! 💙🩶

Proud of our students for giving back to the community on Saturday, February 21st!

Our law enforcement club high school students partnered with PSJA North and volunteered for the CSFP Senior Box Distribution through the RGV Food Bank. They helped set up and distributed boxes of food and fresh produce to seniors across the Valley. Their willingness to serve, work hard, and show kindness made a real difference for so many in our community.

Service like this reminds us that leadership isn’t just learned in the classroom—it’s lived through helping others. Way to represent with heart and dedication! J’s Up! 💙🩶

Let’s walk together to raise awareness and support those affected by cancer nationwide! Admission is FREE, donations will be accepted at the door.
