Windermere Elementary School PTO

Whether you are a Pre-K parent or have a 5th grader, we need you! If you are able to volunteer all day, or just for a half hour, we have opportunities throughout the school year that will fit your schedule. You will be able to support our school, and the students love seeing their family get involved!

To volunteer in a PFISD school, it is required that you fill out the volunteer application found here: https://www.pfisd.net/programs/parent-family-engagement/volunteer

It is a very quick process, it only takes about 5-10 minutes.

Hello, WES families! We hope you are having a fantastic summer, and believe it or not; it's time to vote for next year's PTO shirt design!

This year will feature a front pocket design, with a full design on the back, so be sure to vote with a "like" on your favorite front AND back!

During the PfISD Board Meeting on May 14, the Board of Trustees voted to approve the closure of Windermere Elementary. This decision came as a surprise to many families and staff members, especially following the workshop the week prior, which left many with hope that WES would be removed from consideration, at least temporarily.

As the PTO, our mission has always been to support the students, staff, and families of Windermere Elementary, and that commitment remains unchanged. We will continue to stand beside our school community every step of the way. In the coming year, we are dedicated to making it a meaningful, memorable, and positive year for our students and staff while celebrating everything that makes WES so special.
