Escaping the Velvet Rut

Well, the reviews are coming in from my recent talk in front of a room full of librarians. The Ingleside Hotel was a perfect venue.

Had a fantastic 10th visit to the Miami International Boat Show this week. Waiting two years was too long.

The highlight was getting to visit with Peter Harken at the Harken booth and revisit memories of my race on the Rhine. My partner and I are forever grateful for the Harken sponsorship for both Rhine races. The custom canvas cover they sewed for us was invaluable. Hard to see their logo on the top of the cover, but we love those red Harken hats.
