Announcing a new Food is Medicine program offered free thanks to grant funding from Health First Indiana and the Miami County Health Department! If you are diabetic, pre-diabetic or a caregiver of someone with the disease, come learn more about how to manage through healthy eating. Each class will have food demonstrations, and you will go home with groceries to help you replicate those meals. Prior registration to the class is REQUIRED and class size is limited.
