This year, America turns 250. 🇺🇸 This year, Fraser Dentistry turns 40. 🎉
My mother, Dr. Maureen Fraser, came to this country from Jamaica. She built a life and a career through Howard University, and in 1986 she opened this practice, choosing to serve a community that welcomed her the way she hoped to be welcomed here. ✨
My father spent the last 15 years of this practice’s story as its office manager, right up until the day he passed. He believed in what my mother built, and he showed up for it, every day, until the end. 🙏🏾
They were immigrants who became citizens, and they raised me believing something simple: if you show up and you work, you can build a life here that lasts. That was the whole point of this country, if you think about it. It’s also the whole reason this practice exists. 🦅
Forty years later, we’re still here, still serving a community living their own version of my parents’ story. What started with one dentist and one office manager is now 8 doctors, 2 hygienists, and a full team who show up the same way, every day. Not something finished. A promise still being kept. ❤️🔥

Nazaria came in with pain, infection, and a smile she’d been hiding for years.
The same day we extracted her teeth, we placed her immediate upper denture and lower partial. She walked out with a full smile.

From San Juan to the Pacific. From Mexico City to Managua. From Santo Domingo to right here in Perth Amboy.
They answered the call. All of them. And some never made it home.
Today we remember every soldier who gave the ultimate sacrifice, and every family still carrying that loss. Your loved ones are not forgotten. We see you.
