Waterfront Neighborhood Association

Since the new LED lights at the marina are so much brighter can we use fewer lights? Would save the city money. Do we really need it to be daytime at night at the marina? So many people enjoy going there to look at the moon and stars, now its hard to enjoy the night sky anymore something that makes the waterfront special. Residents of the area say the light is too bright and shines into their homes. Can caps be put on the lights so it doesn’t illuminate other properties?
