You may be waiting on someone to apologize to you. They’ve hurt you deeply, and have done some really viscous things to you. But they may never apologize for what they’ve done to you. There comes a point where you need to walk away from the waiting (on that apology) and you need to let it go.

Forgive that person/s and let God take care of it. He sees everything and He will judge us all one day. The most important thing is to keep your heart right and to not allow it to become contaminated with unforgiveness and bitter toxins. It is not worth it! As the Bishop Kenneth and Joy Haney used to always say, “Nothing is worth missing heaven over.”

May we realize that heaven is more important than that apology we may never get.

Ephesians 4:31-32
31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor [perpetual animosity, resentment, strife, fault-finding] and slander be put away from you, along with every kind of malice [all spitefulness, verbal abuse, malevolence]. 32 Be kind and helpful to one another, tender-hearted [compassionate, understanding], forgiving one another [readily and freely], just as God in Christ also forgave you.
