Twisted Italian Restaurant in Peoria, AZ is looking for a Lead Line Cook to join our team. Hours include days, nights and weekends. Located within the Lake Pleasant Towne Center at Lake Pleasant Rd and Happy Valley rd. , Twisted Italian is an independent upscale casual full-service Italian restaurant servicing the Northwest Valley. We offer a combination of Italian Specialties, Steaks & Seafood, Chicago Classics, and unique creative offerings.

Responsibilities

· Prepare high quality and properly plated food timely & consistently according to recipes.

· Perform daily safety checks and oversight on food processes including temping, rotating, testing, food storage assessments…

· Preparing and manage a prep list with team.

Experience

· 3-5+ years line cook experience preferred

· Cooking Italian cuisine is a strong plus

· Sauté and or Expo Experience a strong plus

Qualifications of the Line Cook

· Dependability

· Positive attitude

· Must have a commitment to high quality food delivery

· Must have a very strong understanding of Food Safety and its application.

· Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced high volume team environment.

Compensation is variable with the candidates experience and proven skillset. We are closed all major Holidays including Super Bowl Sunday. The restaurant closes nightly between 8:00pm-9:00pm.
