Expanded Horizons

There will be no meditation meetings until the new year. In the coming year the focus on technique will take a back seat to highlight what i like to call intuitive meditation. This will be an exciting shift in helping make meditation work for not only the clearing of one's mind but also tasks such as relieving stress and anxiety, Becoming more positive, helping to facilitate manifestation, and so much more. I'm not quite sure on tge meeting dates but they will be on Tuesdays. Look for more info to follow. I want yo also wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and happy holiday season....Namaste
