WCA LLC

The Wilson Career Agency’s (WCA) mission is to assist unemployed ex-felons of Central IL by going to the core to offer individualized assessments and six (6) weeks of workshops and offer job leads within the community while networking with potential employers to hire ex-felons.

Workshops are designed for job seekers with misdemeanors and/or felonies who are experiencing difficulties obtaining employment. Tips will be given for job search, life skill, and resources to begin a “second chance” at employment.

The intake application process is guided by a zero-tolerance policy. Applicants must apply in person and present photo identification. Applicants are informed up front that the responsibility of successfully completing the program is theirs alone.
