I love this simple reminder to be present. I definitely need to be reminded. One of the simplest (notice I did not say easiest🤪) ways to be present is to pull out your journal or notebook and simply put that writing utensil to the paper. Feel the way the pen glides across the page. Hear the scratching of the pencil as you form your lines.
