If you see reoccurring mold it's never a good sign. Get a professional to come check it out. This one had half an inch of water under the tile and mortar that had no way to drain properly nor was this installed properly. Their very lucky the shower pan liner held or this would be a complete bathroom remodel due to the amount of Atwater damage that could've occured.

Glad we could fix the problem and give them a shower pan to pass the test of time in a design that you'd almost never know this pan was repaired.
