🎄✨ Luthy Lights is BACK — starting tonight! Get ready for some holiday magic at Luthy Lights, returning tonight at Luthy Botanical Garden! Stroll through dazzling themed light displays, enjoy live holiday music, and soak in the glow of the Conservatory’s poinsettia show. Warm up with drinks and snacks from the Merry Mug pop-up bar, do some festive shopping, and make memories with friends and family. 🗓️ Dates: December 5–6, 11–13, 18–23 🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM 📍 Where: Luthy Botanical Garden, Best of all — admission is free (donations welcome to keep the lights shining bright). Spread the word and step into the glow of the season! ✨

⛄ Yule Like Peoria (sponsored by Discover Peoria) – a free, family-friendly Christmas celebration featuring local businesses, artists, entertainers, and more – is from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. in the Warehouse District!

Meet Anadia. Her strength and smile remind us why the radiothon matters. After a long summer day in 2018, Anadia thought she was facing heat exhaustion. But when her symptoms didn’t go away on their own, she started to feel scared and confused. At OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois, she underwent multiple tests and was diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri — a condition that causes persistent headaches, visual changes, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, yet has no identifiable cause. After her diagnosis and treatment, Anadia is now thriving in high school and giving back to the community. She shared, “I will always cherish the excellent care I received at OSF Children’s Hospital of Illinois.” Tomorrow, we’ll meet Anadia’s beautiful mother as she recounts her experience.
