Implementing some of these new techniques in my own workouts before I really start rolling out new workout plans.
Being aware of your body’s movement capabilities can drastically help your golf game and developing a swing that is efficient and repeatable for you.
My takeaways from this screening are:
- my hips have plenty of room for improvement in mobility
- my left shoulder and lat flexibility may be hindering my after contact movement
- the structures involved in thoracic rotation could use A LOT of love 😇
