Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida reached out to us to produce a video for their Gala. We feel so honored to work on projects like these, but we also reflect on the responsibility we have as creators to make something that’s impactful, truthful, and respectful.

Beginning a project like this takes weeks of interviews, exploring the story and making sure that we do our due diligence to accomplish the goals of Big Brothers Big Sisters, but also telling a story that honors the people brave enough to share some of the most traumatic experiences in their lives.

We talk about this a lot, but work is personal. I think for work to be great there has to always be a personal element. And projects like these don’t take too much reaching to connect to personally.

We love all that we get to do in this fascinating, challenging and wonderful career. But it is definitely stories and impact like this that drew us to this career.

Thank you for trusting us with this responsibility. And it was an honor to watch the video play and the hearts in the room open up and begin to share to support the mission at big brother’s big sisters.

What we do is a privilege and we recognize that and are thankful every day.

Thank you 🙏🏾 ❤️

Creatives Coming Together of course has been about bringing the creative community together. But really, for us it’s been about bringing the entire community together. This event is really working when it allows for people in the creative field to mingle and meet with everyone from every career field and walk of life. That’s how growth, opportunities, and community happen.

This event is dedicated to helping our Friend. Michael Daw
Help Daw Bully Cancer - Support for Treatment & Recovery

Our friend and teammate Daw—award-winning graphic designer, improv comedian, and all-around creative force in the Pensacola community—was recently diagnosed with cancer.

If you know Daw, you know he’s already approaching this with his trademark humor and resilience. As he put it himself, this is more of a “chronic illness cancer” than a death sentence—with the right treatment, he’s in this for the long haul.

Who is Daw?
Daw does a little bit of everything—and does it all with humor. He performs improv with Improvable Cause, writes and performs sketches with Kitty Get a Job, co-founded the No Spirit soda brand, and has donated countless hours of his creative talents to local nonprofits. He even got mildly TikTok-famous for his logo deep-dives and conspiracy theory parodies—some of which people didn’t realize were parodies (RIP to that account). He’s been repeatedly chosen by the Cat Distribution System and can always make you laugh—usually at his own expense.

Why we’re raising funds:
While Daw continues treatment, he’ll be out of shows for the foreseeable future and will need to travel for specialist appointments and ongoing care. These funds will help cover:
Travel costs for treatment and specialist visits
Medical expenses
Lost income while he focuses on getting better

How you can help:
Any amount helps—whether it’s the cost of a coffee or a full tank of gas for a treatment trip. Daw has given so much to this community through laughter, creativity, and generosity. Now it’s our turn to support him
