Today is GALA DAY!! For those who will be joining us this evening, here is everything you need to know before you arrive!

Outfitters 19th Annual Gala : Winter's Allure 2/21/26

1. Check-In (Doors open at 5:45pm)
It is important to check-in when you arrive. This will allow each registered guest to collect their 2 FREE drink tickets (good for wine or a wine slushy, as long as available). You will also be given your table number.

2. Register with QTego before you arrive so you will be ready to bid and get text updates during the event! https://qtego.us/qlink/outfitters/register

3. Coat Check is available, located in the hallway near the entry doors. (look for the sign)

4. During this fundraising event, you will have multiple opportunities to support the work of Outfitters, Inc. Your generous giving allows our organization to continue clothing the children of Madison County and beyond! Here are the ways you can support us:

Silent Auction (bidding available until 9pm on 2.21.26) - Check out the array of gift packages available! Bid and make sure to watch that your bid stays on top! When you win your item, you may take it home with you by showing one of our Silent Auction team members that you were the winning bid! Pickup is after the close of the auction, around 9:30pm

Dream Vacation & Diamond Drawing (2 winners!) - How does a DREAM VACATION or a Diamond sound? Well, it can be yours by simply purchasing a glass of champagne ($100/each), you will also recieve a BLING-RING with your purchase! Each purchase will earn you a chance to win one of TWO giveaways!!! The first name drawn will be able to choose the DREAM VACATION or THE DIAMONDS as their prize. The second name drawn will receive the remaining prize.

Dessert Auction - Our dessert auction combines your love of decadent desserts with the teamwork of your gala table. Join your table to work together to bid for your chance to be first to choose your dessert! You will find your table number under the "Vote" button and 1 vote equals $1 , so work together to get your table the best dessert possible! When the auction ends, you will wait at your table to receive your WINNING NUMBER. Then, one person from your table will go to the cake area to get in line to choose your cake. Then, you can enjoy your dessert knowing that your table has helped the children of Madison County! Remember, only one person with the number can go collect your winning dessert choice!

5. Enjoy an evening of dancing with Push Play Entertainment! You can find a QR code in the program to request some songs!

Did you know that pre registering for the Gala ensures you recieve communication about the event. Pre registering also helps speed up your “check in” time once you get to the Gala!
Purchasing a ticket is not the same a registering …. Registering enables you to be fully engaged in the fundraising events of the evening , even if you don’t bid on anything .
