The recipe we use today comes from my family's butcher shop in Talpa de Allende, Jalisco, Mexico.
Growing up, I learned that quality starts with good ingredients, hard work, and paying attention to every detail. Those lessons still guide us today at Los Chilaquiles.
Right now, you can enjoy our chorizo in our huevos con chorizo, but we're thinking about adding more dishes in the future.
