Uhura is a black AQHA 2022 mare that stands 14.3HH.

She has just recently been started under saddle. She’s had a late start in life due to owners time constraints. She’s is very much a sweet puppy dog who desires human interaction. Not scared of anything with an easy going mindset. She’ll be your steady eddy type you can throw anyone on. While she’ll do most anything you ask of her, she much prefers the slower more relaxed things in life (don’t we all).

She came in a little on the thin side and still needs to gain more weight and muscle. Therefore we haven’t pushed her hard and have taken it very steady but consistent with her. W/T/C with ease, and started on basic maneuvers. Trail rides great and prefers it over arena work. Rides alone or with others.

She stands cross tied, hard tied, ground tied. Stands to be groomed, bathed, tacked up, for fly spray and for the farrier. Loads and unloads easily.
